Born in the south of Germany in 1964, Richard Grom has been working with horses all his life. He has trianed and competed for top intructors such as G Borkman and Paul Schochemohle. Richard has represented Germany at Senior Nations Cup level and he specialises in the training and production of young horses.

Born in 1967 in Bulgaria, Ivaylo has been riding for 23 years. Ivaylo has been working with Ms Sevil Sabanci for 6 years and is a full time trainer at S.I.E.C. since November 2005. He won many competitions in Bulgaria at both show jumping and dressage.
