Richard has represented Germany at Senior Nations Cup level and he specialises in the training and production of young horses. Currently, Richard is riding the young horses of SIEC Stable in Germany, S.I.E.C. Zelinosa, Caracter H, S.I.E.C. Zappa, S.I.E.C. Worella and  S.I.E.C. Wanda Leva
