Sevil Sabanci Finished 5th in 1.30
Sevil Sabanci competed in the second leg of KGCC 2010 Winter League with S.I.E.C. Leiws Cypher, S.I.E.C. Comet and S.I.E.C. Perferro at the weekend. On Sunday’s Galatasaray League (1.30m), Sevil Sabanci had an excellent performance and qualified for the jump-off with Comet and Perferro from a start list oh 44….

On the bay gelding S.I.E.C. Comet; she had a nice clear round in 43.05 and took the 5th place. On the other hand; She finished with 8 in 42.14 and placed 9th on S.I.E.C. Perferro. It was Serra Sengel who had the fastest clear round among 15, riding Tunc Capa’s Mylaan D (33.61/0). Sencer Can took the 2nd place on Alternativa leaving Sencer Horasan and Lavaro combination in the 3rd place.
The 3rd leg of the Winter League will be held between 27-28 March 2010 at KGCC.
SIEC Team rider Richard Grom, who is riding young horses of the team, keeps on taking top results at young horses classes in Germany. Grom rode S.I.E.C Lonnie and S.I.E.C. Zelinosa on Thursday 25th in Heidelberg-Kirchheim Horse Show. In a field of 29 young horses- 1.15m-1.20m- Richard Grom won on Lonnie with 8.2 and he was in the second place on promising young mare Zelinosa with 7.8. more...

Brigadör, participated in CSI2* San Lazzaro Show the previous weekend and kept on her impressive performances in Italy. Cameron Has gone to Belgium for CSI5*-W Mechelen show which started on 26th of December. On the second day Cameron rode 9 year old gelding S.I.E.C. SIEC Team Riders dominates the Private Cups and Turkish Championship for C.D.B and Ladies that was held in Capital Country Club in Ankara. Gerry Flynn produced a spectacular win at Ankara and won the top three cups in Ankara. Since 1980 Private Cups of Ministery of State Cup and GSGM Cup are held together every year with a high profile of participants from Izmir, Istanbul, Ankara, Konya and Bursa. In the Young Horses Class 1.25 (6 years old)- 1.30m (7 years old) Gerry Flynn on the 6 years old mare SIEC Worella qualified for the jump off with 6 riders and he placed 6th with 4 penalties. The second day at the 3* show in Athens started with the 1.35m class. Gerry Flynn on Feng Schui completed the first round clear and continued in the second place. He had also another clear round in 31,85 sec which put him in to the 5th place. In order to make contribution in the development of equestrian sports, to give experience to the riders in different environments, S international Equestrian Centre welcomed Gurman Equestrian Sport Club which was the first club returned after the declaration of SIEC for clinics all over Turkey. For three days, in jumping discipline 14 riders with 20 horses trained with the experienced instructor and S.I.E.C. Cedric Triolet.
